Paris Asleep

One day, the night watchman (Henri Rollan) in the Eiffel Tower woke up to a silent Paris that came to a standstill. The whole city froze to a halt except for him and the pilot of a plane (Albert Préjean) at the Paris airport and his four passengers. Paris is all theirs, including the Bank of France! It was Professor X's powerful rays that put everyone to sleep. Likewise, only the crazy ray can revive the city's vitality.
